Refund terms
Concise deposit terms.
- Deposits are refundable reservations for LogForge early access; they are not equity, ownership, or a guarantee of a specific feature.
- LogForge provides software access on a rolling release basis. A Personal, Business, or Enterprise deposit is required to confirm your spot in the deposit program.
- The deposit is not necessarily the full product price. If you purchase LogForge when it becomes available, your deposit will be credited toward the final purchase price for the same customer or account.
- LogForge will maintain a published release window for premium updates and publish material schedule changes before they affect deposit holders.
- Deposit holders may request a full refund of the deposit any time before activating premium access. If LogForge cancels the premium launch or materially delays access beyond the published release window, deposits remain fully refundable.
- Refund requests will be matched to the original Stripe payment record and returned through the original payment method when possible.
Refunds are issued minus accumulated Stripe or payment processing fees.
